1. Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during holiday sales), shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily use the following carriers for domestic US shipping:

Estimated delivery time is typically 3-7 business days after processing, depending on your location within the United States.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
EZ-POP Beauty is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
2. Refund & Return Policy
Hygiene & Safety Notice
Due to the nature of our products (false eyelashes, nail art, and beauty tools), we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used. This is a safety and hygiene protocol to protect all our customers.
Return Window
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In the original, unopened packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at Lashpopfactory@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will provide a replacement or a full refund for any items that arrive broken or unusable.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (PayPal, Stripe, or Alipay). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
